About LSC360:

For over 50 years, LSC360 has brought together cutting-edge expertise in engineering, safety and the environment. Created in 2024 from the merger of Luxplan, Simon-Christiansen & Associés, Zilmplan, Mersch Ingénieurs-Paysagistes, Luxsense Geodata, LSC Environmental Engineering and Devolux, LSC360 embodies a new era of comprehensive, integrated solutions.

As an HR manager, can you tell us what your daily routine looks like?

There’s no such thing as a typical day. I might arrive at the office in the morning with a meeting planned for a specific project, and then other issues come up - legal, operational, and so on. Dealing with this unpredictability is an integral part of our work. I also have a young team within the HR department, made up of three people who joined in 2024. One of my roles is to listen to them and support their skills development.

What motivated you to work in HR?

I’ve held the position of HR Director since March 2025, but I joined LSC360 in 2021 as a generalist, then became service coordinator in 2023. I entered the HR field over 15 years ago, mainly because of the wide variety of topics it covers: recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, training, CSR…

Initially, I was very drawn to recruitment for its human and relational aspects, and then for the legal side - ensuring the law is respected and providing a clear framework. Today, I enjoy helping employees grow and making a real impact on their careers by implementing not just traditional training sessions but full programs with follow-ups and concrete results.

When we organize training, it must result in long-term change for the participants. It's also a way for the company’s knowledge to evolve, within a culture focused on continuous improvement. Being able to contribute to the company’s strategy, support directors, and find solutions to help the company grow is something I really enjoy.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is also invading HR... Are you noticing?

Absolutely. The new generation, Alpha, which comes after Gen Z, will soon be entering the job market. For them, AI is a natural tool. Artificial intelligence should be part of our employer brand or salary package. It's a truly strategic topic for HR.

What’s the most important training program you’ve recently launched at LSC360?

We’re launching our first training program in September 2025. It’s designed for our young talents - graduates with less than three years of experience. The training includes five modules totaling 18 hours and covers topics like project management, sustainability, and finance, with both internal and external trainers. The goal of the program is to strengthen both hard skills and soft skills - such as teamwork, time management, and professional relationships.

What are the three essential items on your desk?

I’m not particularly attached to any object. I like to say I’m mentally free (laughs). That said, I always carry my four-color pen and notebook, which are very useful for making sure I don’t miss any important information. And my lip oil - it’s a small detail, but it matters!

Do you prefer an open or closed office?

We used to have an open-plan office, but an HR Director needs a closed office because they deal with confidential matters. I also think too much information circulates in an open space, which means that in the end, important information gets lost in the noise. For example, I’ve sometimes attended meetings with the feeling that the topic had already been discussed. For me, information should be structured, channeled, and shared intentionally.
